Before we talk about what leadership is, maybe it's time we have an honest conversation about what it isn't. Because sometimes, becoming the leader we're capable of being requires us to first examine what we've been taught leadership is supposed to look like.
On Saturday, October 10, 2026, women leaders will come together for an experience centered around authentic storytelling, guided reflection, cross-sector perspectives, and honest conversation about the realities of leading.
