Woman you ARE Strong!! This statement may be hard to receive as you look at your current reality or what you’ve been through. Life seems to throw you curveballs left, right, and center. Sometimes it feels like you're taking hit after hit, barely stopping to catch your breath. But you know what? Despite it all, you ARE Strong! Even in your weakest moments. But sometimes there is just too much in the way for you to recognize it. 
 

Sis, that's why I'm inviting you on this 21-day FACE it so that you can FIX it journey. This journey is about self-reflection and growth. It’s about digging deep within, confronting the things that you’ve ignored or avoided, and emerging stronger on the other side. 


As you FACE each day of your journey through this book there will be  thought-provoking reflection and action-based questions for you to journal your thoughts and the actions that are needed to FIX what’s limiting you. I believe in your strength, your resilience, and your ability to overcome whatever life has thrown your way. This is your moment. Now is the time. Go on and FACE it so that you can FIX it. Ladies,

It is time out for consciously making the decision to ignore, avoid, or excuse the tough stuff going on in your life. The Woman you ARE Strong: 21-Day FACE it so you can FIX it journey has been written with you mind. My hope is that each day speaks directly to something that you can relate to. This journey is designed to be taken one day at a time. Give yourself permission to slowly process each message in a way that leads you to take the necessary actions to face what may need to be fixed in your life. You possess ALL that it takes to inspire, empower, uplift, mentally transform, and strengthen perceptions of worth around who you are, what you can achieve, and where you add value and have the greatest impact.

You are worthy!

Be kind, celebrate progress, and forgive setbacks. Self-care sustains courage and consistency. Remember its importance for your journey.

Hi, I'm Brandy, proud wife, mother, grandmother, and an award-winning Advocate of Women.
